| Job Description: |
The Cost and Schedule Engineer will be responsible for establishing financial and cost control procedures.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Establishing Cost Controls, Financial Control Procedures and related manuals for project team use.
• Providing project budgets and subsequent cost estimates and plans.
• Advising and making recommendations on all design changes which impact on the project budget.
• Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan accordingly.
• Reviewing in conjunction with the Project Manager or Construction Manager any potential changes, and in turn measuring where possible future saving or additional costs can be identified.
Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering. Demonstrated experience with planning packages such as Primavera’s P3 and MS Project.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
