| Job Description: |
The Site Structural Engineer will serve as the Senior Site Representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of structural works.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following:
• Monitoring the structural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
• Reviewing, approving and processing all structural technical submittals.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of all structural activities and operations.
• Liaising with local authorities and ministerial agencies having jurisdiction over the project.
• Reviewing contractor’s structural change order proposals and preparing recommendations to Resident Engineer for review.
Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
