IT Security Administrator
We are looking for an IT Security Administrator to work in a Hospital in UAE.
Job Summary:
To develop, enhance and ensure adherence of IT security policies, processes and procedures.
Responsibilities and duties:
• Develop, document, and enhance security policies, processes and procedures for servers, infrastructure applications, network infrastructure, and IP communication infrastructure.
• Develop, document, implement, monitor, and enhance a security awareness program.
• Develop, document, implement, monitor, and enhance a security forensic procedures.
• Encourage compliance to the developed security policies, processes and procedures.
• Study, design, and suggest the appropriate security controls to their operation manager.
• Monitor, optimize and enhance the implemented security controls.
• Identify study and propose areas of improvement evaluate security strengths, prepare reports, and recommends changes to their operation manager.
• Monitor security violation, suggest corrective action and report any discrepancies to their operation manager to ensure that adequate security is provided.
• Identify and propose works areas of improvement to their operation manager.
• Implement and follow any technical, managerial and supervisory requirements forwarded from their operation manager.
• Implement and follow approved organization, IT division, Operation department and system section policies, processes, and procedures and report any discrepancies and suggest corrective actions to their operation manager.
• Respond to daily requests from system, network, and IP communication team.
• Walkabout: Check security manually.
• On Call after working hours and weekends whenever needed.
• Trains other employees

Skills Required:: |
Required Knowledge / Experience-Qualifications
Formal Education or equivalent:
• BS in computer science, or Communication or related field
• CISSP
• MSCE in security and Cisco CSSP are preferable.
• CISA is preferable
• PMP is preferable
Skills:
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment, frequent use of telephone, extensive sitting and occasional walking.
• Requires high degree of dexterity to research, communicate and produce documents and reports on a Personal Computer with extensive exposure to a CRT.
• Customer Service Oriented.
Related work experience:
• Customer service.
• Project management.
Other:
• 5+ years experiences in this field.
• Hands on experience in the above responsibilities and duties, qualified and experienced in working in projects, have the technical logic of troubleshooting and have the vision of driving the network section ahead.
