Korean Ministry of Education is now accepting applications for qualified English instructor at public schools for 2009. We, WorknPlay Consulting is contracted with Ministry of Korea over five years, and is currently looking for candidates who are ready to catch this great opportunity and experience extraordinary culture of Korea.

To be considered for this position, you need to
- have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- have an excellent command of the English language
- be citizens of U.S, Canada, U.K, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Republic of South Africa
- be able to commit to a one-year contract

1. Public schools in Gyeonggi Province
- Starting Date: May, 2009 AND September, 2009
- Salary: 2.0 – 2.3 mil won (Depends on Qualification)
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm
- Teaching Hours: 22 hours per week
- 300,000 won Settlement pay upon teacher is arrival
- Round trip airfare(one way reimbursed upon teacher is arrival and the other will be paid when you complete your contract)
- 100% Severance pay
- 21 working days paid vacation a year and all Korean national holidays
- 50% medical insurance, 50% national pension plan supported
- Full furnished single housing or housing allowance (400,000 won per month)
2. Public school in rest of Korea )
Placement Quota for Each POE
For September openings, Busan/Jeju/other metropolitan cities are available.
- Starting Date: September, 2009
- Salary: 1.8-2.85mil won (Depends on Qualification)
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm
- Teaching Hours: 22 hours per week
- 300,000 won Settlement pay upon teacher is arrival
- Round trip airfare(one way reimbursed upon teacher is arrival and the other will be paid when you complete your contract)
- 100% Severance pay
