Key Responsibility
Develop and manage the Worldwide Headquarters’ Overseas Chinese Projects department
Sales development
Participate in the development of the business of Overseas Chinese projects Department
Be responsible for the Business Development team to reach the yearly target
Marketing research
Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and qualitative market research studies on relevant segments to support the overall marketing & sales strategy
Monitor Competition
Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors
Sales Coaching
Centralize the prospects; prepare marketing and sales offers to clients by working jointly with sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents, i.E. Presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.
Training
Organize and implement the sales training sessions for team members of the Business
Development Department
Participate in building a sales and marketing corporate culture by stimulating commitment spirit
