Overview of the Role:
As part of our client’s EMV migration process, is looking for a highly talented individual with expertise and strong analytical skills to lead and support the Change Management component of the EMV Migration Program.
The Change Management Specialist‘s role is to facilitate the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures and tools as part of the roll out of EMV. The Change Management Specialist is responsible for assessing human impacts of new solutions and designing/ implementing Organization Change Management programs that accelerate the adoption of new behaviors and ultimately leads to the realization of planned business benefits. Critical to success is partnering with program team members and engaging the business in defining, implementing and adopting new ways of working.
This Change Management Specialist assesses the climate and culture of organization to identify the strengths and weaknesses, to anticipate the impacts resulting from the deployment of new technology. This Specialist will create the change management strategy and support the internal resources in the deployment of the change management activities, including communication campaign. This resource will also facilitate change management workshops for managers to prepare them in their change agent role.
The Specialist designs and builds tools (surveys - focus groups grid, etc.) to assess potential organizational and human risks related to a technology deployment and analyzes the various sources of data. This Specialist develops an organizational diagnosis, which will be translated in recommendations for the client. In addition, this Specialist generates the change management and communication plans which include all the activities to put in place to mitigate the organizational and human risks, creates a buy-in process for all stakeholders and involve the middle management during the change.
The Specialist communicates to the Executives and program team, the results of the assessment, the recommended actions and the strategy to put in place to deploy the change management activities per target group for generating a change momentum. This Specialist will also facilitate work session with managers. This Specialist works closely with the leadership and human resources specialists and follows the Change Management Method.
Key Responsibilities
Designs and delivers change management during the life cycle of the program.
Define the change and assess change impacts for deploying new or improved technologies, standards, practices, processes, policies and procedures.
Coordinate with business units in building an understanding of internal and external service level agreements, key performance indicators, and work to ensure they are minimally affected by changes.
Develop and implement recommendations to mitigate change implementation risks and business impacts (include sponsorship, motivation, managing resistance and communication plans).
Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to management and associates so that issues are well understood.
Provides guidlines and timelines to the Project Management team and program team on change management best practices.
Partners with HR to develop and deploy change management training/coaching methodologies and procedures.
Partner with Marketing/ Internal Communications to ensure integration of program plans with change management plans
Facilitate change Enablement and/or Human Performance
Preparation of organizational and personal Change Readiness Assessment (Sponsor, stakeholder and employees assessment)
Internal Communications:
Participates in the development of the communication strategy.
Coordinates the production of communications deliverables (i.e, news letter, town hall meetings, etc.)
Communicate with program stakeholders and sponsors.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of Seven (7) years in change management or Organizational Design experience
Strong capability in reading organizational culture, leadership evaluation.
Experience in organizational risks with knowledge in creating survey tools, analyzing results, build change management plan
Experience in deploying change management action plans
Experience developing and conducting leadership workshops
Comfortable working with senior level management
Exemplary communication, presentation and relationship management skills
Excellent leadership, teambuilding, motivation and facilitation skills
Excellent initiative and team spirit
Adaptable to the flexible needs of a multi-service team environment
Ability to creatively plan, direct and perform change management engagement
Preferred Education and Training:
Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.), or Social Sciences with reengineering background (M.Sc.), or Organizational Analysis and Development (M.A.P.)
