| Job Description: |
Responsible for maintaining and developing the knowledge of the Titan billing application among all users across EMEA (Titan = booking & billing software).
S/he will be providing ongoing systems support plus help to implement improvements and will serve as the link between the central Titan team in the UK, the EMEA Finance & Operations team and the EMEA countries.
Major Responsibilities:
• Planning and scheduling implementation trainings, new joiner trainings and system upgrade trainings with the respective stakeholders
• Titan champions coordination (functional, not line) and their training
• Execution of training programmes
• Preparation and distribution of training materials, self-study Titan courses and support material as relevant
• Regular contact with the internal Titan development team
• Understanding existing local process and regulatory requirements related to billing
• Supporting the preparation of KPIs for the roles using Titan on the everyday basis
• Supporting the setup and preparation of regular and ad-hoc Titan reports
• Involvement in Titan improvement process, proposing adjustments and changes to achieve the best value out of Titan
• Ad hoc projects and support related to Titan |
Skills Required:: |
• Very good business English, any other language a plus (Czech not necessarily required)
• Training background and experience of min.1 year, ideally on international level (Fidelio,…)
• Good basic understanding of accounting/billing process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized, self-starter, positive attitude
• Target orientated, able to meet deadlines |
