| Job Description: |
The incumbent will be responsible for administering and improving the use of CRM in a consistent manner across EMEA. This will be achieved by following up regularly with the Financial Controllers (currently in 44 countries) to ensure that all sales are booked according to procedure and commissions are calculated and paid out correctly.
Major responsabilities:
• Weekly contact with GM´s and other stakeholders in the sales organization to understand their position and forecasted sales movements
• Financial modelling by legal entity in order to determine the amount of distributable commissions
• Follow up with the Financial Controllers to ensure that requested commissions payout has been made
• Discussion with the EMEA Treasurer in order to set strategy for maximising the yield on excess cash.
• Daily follow up on the consistency of the Pivotal database and respective corrections
• Preparation of KPIs in order to measure efficiency (payback) of the role
• Setting up and preparing regular and ad-hoc Pivotal reports
• Involvement in Pivotal improvement process, proposing adjustments and changes to achieve the best value out of Pivotal
• Follow up with Pivotal supplier on its use and any potential updates and upgrades
• Providing regular and ad-hoc training on using Pivotal to its users |
Skills Required:: |
• Very good English, any other languages a plus (Czech not necessarily required)
• Good basic understanding of Regus business and of calculating sales commissions
• High reporting literacy, experience with Excel and Crystal, any other SW reporting experience a plus
• Attention to detail
• Target orientated, able to meet deadlines
• Organized
• Very good communication skills (mainly outside Prague)
• Experienced and capable to train |
