| Job Description: |
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
- Delivering Regus Customer Service Standards to all Regus Clients
- Acting as point of contact for all internal client requests
- Meet, greet and take client calls to Regus Standards
- Up sell Regus Products and Services
- Ensure Centre Facilities are clean and to Regus standards at all times
- Ensure clients requirements are met
- Order catering from suppliers and delivering to clients
- Provide secretarial and concierge services to clients
- Deal with post; outgoing mail and faxes for clients
- Take bookings for meeting rooms from clients
- Ensure meetings rooms are set up with correct equipment
- Ensure all billing information captured correctly, and produce client invoices
- Liaise with clients for all telecom and IT requests
- Report faults and maintenance issues.
