| Job Description: |
A. Scope Of Work
• The contractor shall carry out slickline job such as pressure survey, PLT, sand survey, gas lift valve installation, re-perforation, corrosion survey, coiled tubing jobs for sand jetting, Well completion, DST, Work-over etc.
• The contractor shall plan, prepare, execute job at offshore, evaluate, interpret report and make presentation with recommendation on lessons learnt.
B. Specification Of Work
Job Description which the PE Consultant shall be obligatory to do is itemized hereinafter.
The PE Consultant shall;
1. Design and construct program for completion, workover, stimulation, DST, well intervention work in accordance with company’s offshore work requirements, policy in order to achieve an affective design and simple offshore operations.
2. Instruct, recommend, support and supervise offshore activity in accordance with formed program and company policy to ensure that operations to be of most safe and efficient manner in compliance with company’s policy, safety manual, current standards and practices of oil industry.
3. Assist in the preparation and arrangement for planned offshore work. Coordinate wit other groups, services companies and partners for preparation of equipment, personnel and paper formalities.
4. Supervise offshore work during completion, workover, stimulation, DST, well intervention operations in order to ensure proper offshore activities with formed program, company’s policy and minimized time and cost to achieve planned goals.
5. Prepare, collect and analyze site-data and make field reports. Review and analyze operational failures, downtime and introduce measures to minimize such adverse event in order to bring newly developed techniques into operations for optimization.
6. Conduct, analyze and evaluate tendering, quoting to acquire high tech and competitive equipment, material and services, in order to provide enough and proper equipment, material and good services at competitive price for group’s operations.
7. Prepare and assist in controlling the invoice, budget relating to group’s activities in order to ensure that the expense is within approved budget.
8. Train, coach, advise and provide technical support to other engineers in Petroleum Engineering group and others groups in JVPC.
9. Offshore work list:
(a) Well intervention by slickline jobs are including PLt, pressure surveys, sand bailer run, gas lift valve installation, re-perforation and corrosion survey etc.
(b) Well intervention by Coiled Tubing jobs are including sand jetting, PLT, gravel pack through tubing, re-perforation etc.
(c) Well completion jobs are including run sand screen, zonal isolation devices, pump gravel pack, run production tubing etc.
(d) Well stimulation jobs are including pumping acid, conduct fracturing etc.
(e) DST jobs are including cushion pumping, surveying, flowing high rate wells, pump acidizing etc.
(f) Work-over jobs are including pulling tubing to install, change out down hole equipment etc.
C. Other duties
The PE consultant shall perform any offshore works related to petroleum engineering according to the instruction of Company’s supervisor.
