Position Id: SGS-SAP001 Description: We are looking for qualified functional consultants to Join our SAP Practice. Ideal candidate should have worked in their functional area in their pre- SAP career with a degree in their respective area of expertise. The ideal candidate, should have at least one of the following skill-sets, in addition to integration knowledge across the board:
- SAP FICO ( FI: GL/AR/AP/BA , CO: CCA/PCA/PA/Pc) - Sap Sem/bcs - Sap Treasury/Cfm - Sap Ps (project System) - SAP MM/PP/WM - Sap Sd/crm - Sap Plm ( Plant Maintenance/Service Management)
Responsibilities: - Conduct Requirement Gathering/Blueprinting. - Identify and resolves gaps in business processes. - Analyze business processes and flows to translate business requirements to set up SAP Modules for meeting Client business functions. - Conducts prototypes, gets user “buy-in” to proposed solutions, Facilitates unit testing, integration testing, production preparedness, cutover, and go live. - Develop functional specifications, data mapping, Data Conversion, work with programmers. - Post Go - live Troubleshoot, including OSS Note research / support client systems. - End Use training material preparation and End user training in application as well as configuration. - Work with programmers.
Technical/Interpersonal skills: - 3-5 Years SAP Functional experience in relevant area of expertise in version 4.6 through Ecc 6.0 - At least one full life cycle implementation. - Exposure to Solution Manager, ASAP Methodologies. - Experience in working with standard reporting tools in Sap. - Strong Leadership, analytical and communication skills. - Client facing and workshop conducting skills
Education: Bachelors/ Master with a degree in their respective area of SAP expertise. MBA/CA/CWA/M.Tech Preferred. Formal SAP Certification would bear additional weight.
