Requirements:
Candidate must be at least 2 years in college
Good English Communication Skills
Call Center/BPO experience is preferred but not required
Must be willing to work on graveyard/shifting schedules
Applicants must be willing to work either in Makati, Quezon City or Ortigas
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Accepts those with less than 2 years in college with atleast 6 months of work experience in customer service, not necessarily call center
Has experience in hardware/software support (for TSRs)

Workforce Management Analyst
At least 2 years of experience within the Call Center Workforce
Management environment and working knowledge in Erlang formula
Financial Reporting Supervisor
Cpa, 4 years relevant experience in a service industry preferably
Call Center or CMS, Good technical understanding of Ifrs
Six Sigma Professional
5 years of experience, Strong background in statistics, Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, experience in conducting Six Sigma Training, leading and mentoring Six Sigma projects
Data Network Specialists
2 years experience in Data Networking; Strong background in Lan & Wan; Ccna or equivalent work exposure in handling network equipment such as CISCO routers/switches etc.
Voice Network Specialist
1-4 years experience with Avaya Pabx systems with extensive background on vectoring, programming, Vector Directory Number, installation, troubleshooting
Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist
Spanish+English, at least 6 months experience as QA Specialist or 1 year experience as CSR/TSR , excellent written and oral command of required languages.
