Product Administrator
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit reports/ tabulations on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Liaise with Marcom on marketing activities including road show, events, training and reseller registration
Outbound calls to inactive partner
Requirements:
Min Diploma qualification
Preferably has 2 years’ of working experience in similar capacity
Computer literate
Possesses good telephone skills
Able to speak and write in English
Knowledge in Microsoft products is an advantage
Experience in Customer Service / TeleSales will add advantage
Salary: RM 2300

Customer Service Officer - PJ Warehouse (Jalan 225, PJ)
Responsibilities: -
To compile and forward the Daily Collection Report to the respective departments
To ensure all customers who come to collect goods are served timely
To track the POD (Proof of Delivery)
To liaise with Sales Dept in any delivery issues
To liaise with Finance Dept on cheque collection issues
To generate other necessary reports for RMA & Customer Service Division, when necesary
To handle general clerical duties for the department
Requirements: -
At least STPM / Diploma in any discipline
Preferably has 2 years’ of working experience in clerical and Customer Service Dept
Able to work in a team
Have good communication skills and fluency in English and Malay language
Knowledge in IT products/product management is an advantage
Motivated and able to work independently
Willing to work long hours, when necessary
Salary RM 1800 - RM 2000
Location based in Jalan 225, Petaling Jaya
Tele Sales
To handle sales inquiries over the telephone
To update customers of current promotions
To ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to customers on a timely basis
Salary range: Basic RM 2100 + Commission + RM 50 hp allowns
At least 1 yr experience
Fresh Graduate also can apply and basic salary pay up to RM 1, 700.00 to RM 1, 800.00
