About the job:
Job purpose
To support all European customers through the provision of a professional service (e-mail and phone) to resolve technical queries and requests, focusing on ‘accuracy of solution’ and quality of service to the customer.
Main responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting customer queries and requests, utilising an eService suite of support options (e-mail and phone), thus ensuring the ultimate customer experience.
• Using your own initiative to provide a professional service to the Company’s customers by ensuring that a problem is pursued from initial contact to final resolution
• Provide content to the Company’s knowledgebase system on a regular basis
• Schedule day-to–day responsibilities (phone calls, e-mail, daily/weekly reports etc.) so as to achieve set targets on a consistent basis
• Develop your own technical expertise utilising all the Company tools (Knowledgebase, product testing, further education, in-house training courses) and external sources e.g. internet sources, industry publications
Skills required:
• Professional customer focus for both internal and external customers
• Cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable of working both on own initiative and as part of a multilingual multi-disciplined team
• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Some knowledge of PC’s, computer peripherals & PC software
• Knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes and Internet would be advantageous.
• A relevant technical qualification is desirable but not essential
• Be fluent in English and Spanish, and with Italian.
