| Job Description: |
Qualifications;
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or Accounting, or Math/Statistics, or Computer Science, or engineering.
- Excellent command of the English language, preference given to bilingual in Arabic and English and have excellent presentation and communication skills
- At least an undergraduate degree in a technical field such as: business, administration, accounting, math, software engineering or computer science.
- Must be ITIL Foundation Certified. Preference will be given to ITSM Manager`s or Practitioner`s in ITFM and SLM certificate holders.
- Advanced knowledge and long experience in ITFM with emphasis on costing, charging, and budgeting.
- At least 5 years of recent field experience as an ITFM consultant/manager with preference for candidates who have worked in a government organization.

Skills Required:: |
Assignment Description;
- Apply and enforce the documented Client ITFM process and policies and improve on it
- Develop an IT accounting system and recommend needed tools.
- Develop a nominal charging system along with ability to produce bills and charge customers
- Produce costs and breakdown of costs for IT services and a price list for services
- Provide in-house training and awareness sessions to the Client personnel on the process and tools.
- Develop a comprehensive and detailed budget and provide budget forecasts and conformance to the budget.
- Collaborate with the other Client ITSM managers/consultants to improve the service
- Be the owner and enhance the ITFM homepage
- Client budget and budget forecasts
- Cost models and actual costs database
- Charging models and nominal customer billing database and invoices
- ROI reports
- Accounting: bookkeeping, general ledger
- Awareness sessions, knowledge transfer plan, training plan for The Client personnel
- Requirements for implementation of Oracle IT Financial Management tools with vendor
- ITFM KPIs
- ITFM Reports
- ITFM Process Improvement Plan.
