Job Description: Our client is one of the biggest construction companies working in the Middle East, Noth Africa and Europe.

Reports to: The PM or the DPM in case of the PM’s absence.

Duties:
Supervises and coordinates Planning, Engineering, Quantity Survey., Contract Administration, and Cost Control. This includes but is not limited to:

Review Contract documentation, identify and advise on problem areas.
Initiate and maintain workflow and records according to the contract.
Initiate and maintain a procedure for contractual submittals, approvals, and records
Establish and maintain invoicing procedures.
Maintain Work Progress records, in coordination with the DPM or CM
Initiate and follow up on change orders and contractual claims.
Provide to construction team; work schedule updates, method statements, quantity measurements, drawings and other technical documentation.
Ensure timely preparation of all material take offs and arrange, in co-operation with the Commercial Manager and the Procurement department, for the early sourcing of all Permanent Project Material, Service Providers and Subcontractors.
Prepare, along with the Commercial Manager, required Vendor Lists, Subcontract and Service provider lists and Comparative Statements for approvals as per company procedures.
Establish, along with the Commercial Manager, subcontract, service agreements for all Permanent Project Material
Review work progress by subcontractors and check accuracy of their invoices.
Ensure, in co-ordination with the Commercial Manager, the timely delivery of all Permanent Construction Material.
Along with PM and Commercial Manager, establish, and maintain site Document Control system and construction related periodic reporting as per the company’s procedures.
Coordinate to get the necessary approvals as per the internal procedures for procurement, change orders…etc.
Coordinate with Engineer’s and Client’s Representatives of the same level and area of responsibility.
Ensure timely preparation of as built drawings, project closing documentation, manuals, etc.
Supervise and monitor the preparation and update of the project Baseline Schedule
Provide guidance and direction for the development of time related claims
Preparation of all contractual and internal reporting requirements

Skills Required::
1.B. Sc. Degree in Engineering with Min. 7 years experience
2.Ensure timely preparation of schedules and updates, method statements, quantity measurements, drawings and all documentations.
3.Contractual awareness
4.Invoicing and financial awareness.
5.Prepare/Administer contract agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
6.Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and organization skills.
7.Experienced user of Primavera
8.Ability to evaluate , analyze, forecast, and report schedule status against a baseline schedule
9.Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel)
10.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11.Mastering English language (spoken and written)
