Role: New team leader positions have been created in their Dutch customer support team in Germany. The tasks involved in this position will be managing a team of 10 to 15 people and ensure that customer enquiries are professionally sorted out with according to the company quality standard.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess native level Dutch and fluent English- German is an asset. An excellent understanding of how a contact centre operates is required together with good planning skills and be able to operate under stress.
