Company: Our client is a major US Financial Services Corporation with over $50bn under management. They manage their EMEA customer service, finance, sales and IT operations from Dublin. Increased growth of their German and Dutch customer base has created a number of opportunities for motivated and driven German or Dutch finance professionals to join their team.
Role: New positions exist for fluent German or Dutch speaking customer service professionals to join their Dublin based team. As part of their EMEA financial services team you will be responsible for managing their new and existing German and Dutch corporate accounts. The role will involve working with customers to assist their leasing requirements; follow and supervise the contract process from opening to end of lease, account administration, managing leasing assets and assisting with ad-hoc client requests.
Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent German or Dutch and possess detailed customer service knowledge or banking and financial services experience. Candidates with experience of banking, collections, account management, accounts payable or similar business-to-business finance experience are preferred. This is a detailed and challenging B2B customer service role that requires the ability to interact senior business customers across Germany.
