| Job Description: |
Qualifications;
Bachelors Degree in math, software engineering or computer science, business administration. Other fields are possible given the knowledge and experience in IT Service Continuity Management.
- Excellent command of the English language, preference given to bilingual in Arabic and English. The candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must be ITIL Foundation Certified. Preference will be given to ITSM Manager`s or Practitioner`s in ITSCM, Availability, and Capacity Management certificate holders.
- Advanced knowledge in ITSCM specifically in business impact and risk assessments.
- Must have MS Office competency specially in Excel and Access.
- Must have broad knowledge of different platforms and technologies such as z/OS, Windows, Solaris, mainframe, SUN, IBM compatible, LAN/WAN, DBMS.
- Must have experience in ITSCM tools.
- Excellent ITIL knowledge specifically in IT Service Delivery Processes.
- Excellent documentation and planning skills.
Assignment Description;
- Business impact and risk assessments for IT services
- Development of IT service continuity strategy and plans
- Implementation of standby arrangements
- Development of recovery plans
- Implementation of risk reduction measures, development of procedures, conduct testing.
- Update process documents, template, forms, and policy
- Recommend and evaluate tools to support process
- Plan IT service improvement with SLM and Service Desk Managers.
- Coordination of ITSCM committee meetings, take minutes, follow up on actions.
- Owner of ITSCM homepage improvement.
- Design and implementation of ITSCM improvement plan.
- Transfer of ITSCM and skills knowledge to full time employees

Experience;
At least 5 years of recent field experience in ITSCM role with preference in a government organization.
