Principal accountabilities/responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst
Identify and develop business requirements for Corporate Banking Products & Services for the Bank’s CRM
Work closely with key departments in corporate banking and use members of the sales areas, product areas, [Cash Management. Trade finance, etc], financial institutions, corporate strategies and tactics, customer support unit, and credit risk management parts of the CRM planning team;
Provide answers to Bank’s management in terms of measurable return on investment;
Organize RB Customers data to be the backbone of the CRM solution (DWH, ODMS, etc.);
Adopt and lead the CRM solution as a corporate-level initiative;
Market the CRM solution to managers/employees with ongoing training;
Manage implementation by starting with a single corporate department that stands to benefit the most in the short term, and then follow with bank wide.
Design a strategy that will enable the Bank to win, know, and retain customers:
Acquiring customers;
Retaining customers;
Growing customers
Gaining customer insight;
Interacting with customers across all Bank’s touch or channel points;
Building lasting relationship with customers;
Delivering value to customers;
Achieving sustainable competitive advantage;
Growing Bank’s corporate banking business.
Design and implement value added MIS:
Management reports [call reports, pipeline etc]
Identify cross selling opportunities;
Avenue for problem reporting etc.
Tailor the CRM application to specific tasks and roles
Enable collaboration and provide customer insight throughout Bank’s front and back offices |
Skills Required:: |
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Candidates should be a graduate in a related discipline (Siebel CRM), having a successful track record of 8-10 years experience with reputable financial institutions and banks. [Note: extensive experience in Siebel CRM may be considered more useful that a fresh graduate]
Candidates should have business CRM mastery over Corporate Banking Products & services development, planning, forecasting, market research, promotions, technical feasibility etc in a highly computerized environment.
Arabic speaking with strong English language skills would be considered an advantage
