Minimum Qualification
At least 1 year experience presenting, facilitating and managing training platforms in a call center environment.
Experience cultivating training materials and courses.
Excellent communication skills including but not limited to the ability to communicate effectively with employees including executives ability to write detailed reports and correspondences.
Strong time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and deal successfully with changes
