The Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing engagements as assigned for Internal Audit and Controls in Houston. The general purpose of this position is to ensure the quality of services and products provided to Jefferson Wells clients as well as manage the professional staff assigned to their engagements.
Requirements include:
Bachelor`s degree required (see addendum for detail regarding specific Solution Area).
Minimum 10 years experience in Internal Audit/Controls
Minimum 5 years project management experience.
Minimum five years experience managing, coaching or developing professionals and teams of professionals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Access preferred)
Strong background in the use of appropriate software tools used in the Solution Area
Big 4 preferred! |
