JOB Description
We are searching for specialists to build a team of CISCO French speaking Administrators.
Operate and maintain network components in a complex multi-vendor environment.
Performing complex configuration changes on network devices and network applications
IT - System Administration, IT administration Hw/sw
Providing technical support, performing Network, application, system and workstation services.
Analysing problems pertaining to different levels for all network systems.
Customer satisfaction (customer feedback, meeting SLAs)
Achieving process management improvement.
Solving and preventing of complaints, accountable for quality improvements

Skills Required:: |
Technical Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in LAN/WAN administration in delivery center or big production environment.
CCNA certification
Experience in Switch and Router configuration
Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, Sun, AIX)
Enhanced knowledge and experience in Cisco IOS and Checkpoint FW-1
Good knowledge of Nortel and 3COM network devices and Management tools
Experience in System and network monitoring
Advantages:
