| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
•Maintain CISCO Call Manager Installation and Configuration, CISCO Unity Voice Mail, Voice Gateway Configuration, up-to-date documentation of network deisgn, operation and procedure manuals, inbound call flows and skills based routing assignments for all Contact Center Reps, maintain and support all users of the CISCO IP Telephony within the company
•Develop IP Telephony Solution Design
•Perform CISCO Unified Communications Analysis
•Support overall Network Engineering framework including routers, switches and firewalls
•Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities
•Resolve operational issues involving CISCO IP Telephony applications
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
•Experience with Active Directory Integrated,CCM,Tanddberg,polycom codec,CCME/SRST,UCC/IPCC
•Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
