| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
•Work with HelpDesk Process Owners and SunPower SMEs (subject matter experts) to understand how our processes are documented, operated, serviced and executed
•Work with the client`s IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, IT Apps and Infrastructure Helpdesk Operations, and other groups to understand specific documentation needs
•Implement documentation of ITIL processes and procedures to the Level 0 Services
•Independently produce outlines and content that make up the documentation set for HelpDesk Self-Help Level 0 Services
•Work with the IT Global HelpDesk Manager to set and manage documentation priorities
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in English, Engineering, IT or related field
•4 years’ previous experience writing or editing
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in ITIL process documentation
•Working knowledge of ITIL Processes and Procedures
•Excellent organizational skills
•Excellent written and oral communication skills (Expert fluency in English)
•Experience with technical document writing and organization
•Expertise in Microsoft Word 2007
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Night shift adaptability
•Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
•Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
