Bachelor`s Degree in Technology, science or related field
Minimum 2-3 years exp as a business analyst desired. Ability to analyze business requirements, re-engineers process, and guide business owners to an appropriate solution
Minimum 6 months exp with JavaScript preferred
Strong written and oral communications
Must be comfortable using Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel
Must have experience with business process workflows and process reengineering
Must be detail oriented and organized
Strong work ethic, self starter, fast learner, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to interact with customers remotely (via phone and email)
Experience configuring services in any major ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft a plus)
