Box Hill College Kuwait, the first private college for women in Kuwait, is seeking an individual for the position of Head of Library.
The female designated position requires extensive experience, proven leadership, and a record of accomplishments in an educational environment. Experience and knowledge of competency based learning is desirable.

Librarian
Responsible for Learning Resource Center’s development, coordination of Library services, coordination of human and physical resources, planning, developing and coordinating the library function and acts as an advisor on library and information services.

Qualifications:
• A Master/bachelor degree in Library Sciences / Information Sciences
• Experience in the provision of library/electronic services in an education/training environment
• Experience within an E-Learning environment
• A minimum of 5 years academic library experience including an administrative capacity
• Knowledge of competency curriculum and competency based learning (desirable)
