| Job Description: |
Main Activities:
1.Oversee the creation of the image, ambiance, aesthetic value and overall identity of the project and itscomponent parts in relation to the delivery of the marketing materials required to promote the company`s brand.
2.Act as the Brand Guardian and developer of brand extension through the addition of new marketing elements(products) that support and reinforce the brand.
3.Enhance the brand through the continued development of brand architecture, essence, and tone of voice through the development of comprehensive strategies to communicate the brand to local, regional and international publics.
4.Create strategies, in collaboration with the GM, that ensure that the brand reaches top of mind awareness in itstargeted markets.
5.Develop and implement, with the GM, the marketing strategies, plans, policies procedures and budgetsconsistent with the approved development strategy and management directives.
6.Oversee and manage the creation of all marketing messages, materials and programs required to supportproduct launch timelines and carryout the sales strategy.
7.Ensure that the marketing strategies and messages are communicated throughout the company.
8.Carry out research and prepare reports for the GM with regard to the status and current actions of competitive projects and associated pricing, positioning, quality, features and value.
9.Assure coordination with the Sales and Leasing Departments in order to achieve unanimity of message,content, and deliverables.
10.Establish and manage relationships with outside marketing firms and ensure that their work is carried outeffectively and meets all quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations. 11.Coordinate with the Corporate Communications department the production of press releases, media communications related to product launches, announcements or other newsworthy stories.
12.Oversee the coordination of marketing events and conferences, and all other third party interactions thatpromote the project and the company, in line with the development and marketing strategies.
13.Lead and manage the marketing team and ensure their work is efficient and effective. Create and manage the marketing budgets and monitor progress of current projects against development targets, individual staff and agent responsibilities and the marketing plans.
14.Assist the sales and leasing efforts through the comprehensive provision of services as required and requested by the General Managers of those departments. |
Skills Required:: |
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Demonstrated hands-on success in marketing and communications in the property development, real estate or related industries.
• Sound understanding of the processes associated with executing effective property development/real estate marketing and communications plans.
• Strong understanding of target market aspirations and requirements.
• Superior presentation and communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal (English essential,Arabic is desirable).
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, train and develop staff.
• Demonstrated support of and contribution to sales success.
• Expertise in the use of Microsoft productivity tools and contact management software applications.
• Knowledge of marketing media and funding sources.
• Ability to supervise and make use of team members, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques.
• Knowledge of advertising requirements pertaining to a range of media.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures |
