Job Title Senior Quantity Surveyor Site
Department Quantity Surveying Grade: C
Reports to Resident Engineer
Job purpose
To review and check works in accordance with Contract Documents.
Duties - include but are not limited to …
• Prepare Contract Documents - Addenda and DCC for Site Work.
• Review and approval of Contractor`s payment.
• Review and approval of Variation Orders.
• Prepare and issue of Job Site Instructions (JSIs) and estimation of Site Work Instructions.
• Checking of work progress for payment purpose.
• Review of Budget and Cost Control Report as per Owner`s requirement.
• Conduct Cost meetings.
• Prepare documentation like take-off quantities, BoQ as per Specification.
• Prepare final account.
• Write contractual correspondence and assess and report on contractual disputes.
