Job Title Senior Project Control Systems Engineer Site and office
Department Project Management Team Grade: C
Reports to Directors
Job purpose
To prepare and maintain project design time and financial control systems and issue reports to Directors and Managers to facilitate project planning and Corporate decision making.
Duties - include but are not limited to …
• Develop and update Master Design and Supervision Schedule to monitor project time schedules. Distribute a monthly update to all relevant parties.
• Prepare overall Design Earnings Reports (based on PM updates) on a monthly basis and distribute to the relevant parties.
• Prepare a Profit and Loss report for projects on a monthly basis and distribute a copy to all relevant parties.
• Monitor and review Project Design Budgets and variations (prepared by PMs) for compliance with company standards.
• Develop and update the Resource Planning Schedule to monitor current project resource requirements as it relates to design staff and forecast future requirements.
• Provide feedback of project costs and productivity to the Business Development Team and Finance & Administration Department to consider for prospective new work.
• Administer and update the Archetype Projects Database which includes collecting relevant project information from the various disciplines, including (a) job numbers, (b) project information, (c) phases for timesheets, and (d) PM/PA allocation.
• On completion of each project, prepare an analysis of fees (a) per department, and (b) per phase.
• Provide construction scheduling advice to REs on a temporary basis, if required.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (any building discipline) AND Expert Computer Skills a must.
Preferred Qualifications Master of Engineering or Science in Project Management or Construction Management
Registration required Project Management Professional (PMP). Kuwait Society of Engineers / Kuwait Municipality licence preferred.
Type of Experience required Minimum 5 years experience as a Scheduler preferrably in construction. In addition, good understanding of the engineering design process and minimum of 2 years in database programming.
