Job Responsibilities:-
1. Design - Course modules for various training programs, namely Rortraining modules, Php modules, refresher modules, emergent technologies.
2. Develop contacts with academic institutions / professional bodies to keep abreast of upcoming technologies in telecom
3. Conduct Gap analysis and training need analysis and take corrective actions
4. Design and execute training programs as per operational requirement
5. Update the training modules in response to trainee’s feedback and other assessments.
7. Impart technical training accurately and in a way that is relevant to the end-user.
8. Demonstrate effective trainer skills.
9. Reduce Gap between the required vs. available skills
Desired Candidate Profile:-
1. Educational Qualification:-Must be possess B.E./Tech (Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent
2. Required skill(s): design, impart, technical training,communication.
3. Required language(s): English.
4. Relevant Experience:-Fresher, +
Location : Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh - India.
