| Job Description: |
* Debate contract with contractors.
* Manage and supervise shop drawings and cutting list division.
* Planning and preparing projects budgets.
* Control and supervise projects engineers in execution, cost control, training plans, correspondence and claims.
* Define (Scope) and implement project plans in accordance with the client’s needs
* Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to management to provide project updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies.
* Develop and maintain a schedule for each and every project.
* Be sure that the project stays on or ahead of schedule.
* Read, interpret, and update paperwork throughout the course of the project. This should include the plans and scope of work, budgets, schedules, contractor work orders, daily projects logs, change orders, and other documentation as required.
* Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.
* Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on time, on-target and on-budget.
* Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.
* Define and implement the appropriate change management strategy and plans to ensure that change management concerns are addressed during and after project implementation as well as to ensure that the project impact is sustainable and supported by the business process owners.
* Manage the Five Project Management Process. Beginning with Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, Close.
* Manage the 9 knowledge areas of Project Management on each project including; Scope, Time, Cost, Resources, Risk, Communication, Project Integration, Procurement and Quality.
* Effective projects control.
* Performs cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives.

* To ensure the success of a project by minimizing risk throughout the lifetime of the project, done through a variety of methods, both formal and informal.
* Have to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve interpersonal conflicts, as well as use more systematic management skills
* Has to determine and implement the exact needs of the client, based on knowledge of the firm he/she is representing.
* The ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party
* To form close links with the nominated representatives.
* Ensure that the key issues of cost, time, quality, client satisfaction, can be realized.
* Must be able to envision the entire project from start to finish and to have the ability to ensure that this vision is realized |
