| Job Description: |
* Consulting with people about the design required.
* Prepare and present design proposal to the client using IT in design and project management, especially software packages such as Auto Cad and sketch up.
* Advising the client on the practicality of their project
* Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines
* Produce detailed drawings from which costing are made
* Prepare tender applications and presentations
* Negotiating with contractor and other professionals
* Preparing planning applications
* Coordinate with site engineers
* Making site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running within agreed timescale
* Solving problem that might occur during installation
* Carrying out defect inspection.
* Prepare all needed details and drawings
* Prepare the client request
* Study all BOQ and contract details |

* Good design and drawing skills
* Ability to think and create in three dimensions
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and on site teams
* Good time management and organizational skills to judge several project at once effectively

2) Computer Skills: * Microsoft Office, AutoCad, 3D Max, related engineering and management software.
3) Supervisory Responsibilities:
* Manage subordinate workers in the production division. Responsibilities include training employee, supervising work, appraising performance, making recommendations addressing complaints, resolving problems.
4) Language Skills: * Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
