| Job Description: |
*Control and monitor all bank transactions ensuring proper entries and records are maintained, supervising the preparation of daily, bi-monthly and monthly bank position statements as defined in the accounting procedures manual.
*Check and control of purchases done.
*Development & review of complex financial reports, including monthly & annual financial statements
*Provides analysis of financial data needed in fiscal & budgetary planning
*Coordinate between planning, procurement, cost and control engineer on high variance in budget vs. Cost ratio
*Coordinate with personnel on employees` benefits and emoluments & payroll
*Control and analyses the mobilization expenses to keep them within budget allowance.
*Maintain a record of resale assets item in coordination with store superintendent.
*Performs cash management function by reconciling cash & investments with the banks
*Maintain records of contracts, prepares estimates of work and materials costs
*Maintaining: control of data. Transfer receiving vouchers. Bank deposits. Payments cheques issuance. Transfer payment vouchers. Prepare bank documentation. Prepare export invoices
*Maintain the database for plant and other assets.
*Supervise and monitor the proper issue of stocks to site and completion of documents according to company procedure.
*Control and monitor all indirect project costs against approved budget levels, bringing to attention over-runs or discrepancies.
*Prepare management reports on project financial status & AD-HOC financial reports for project management as requested
*Subordinates supervision and control of their activities and provides staff training. |
