| Job Description: |
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Prepare staffing schedule, project budget hours, project work plans, interface with the team and management to ensure a smooth execution of projects,
· Design experience with the following types of buildings / projects: tall towers, commercial, large mixed use developments, hospitality and residential.
· Strong Electrical Design experience of: 11 KV Networks, 480 volt distribution systems, Low voltage systems, Security, CCTV, fire alarm, and BMS systems as well as data/voice structured cabling, lighting design and lighting controls.
· Use of computer software / analysis tools such as: ECODIAL 3.3, DIALUX and HEVACOMP
· Familiarity with NFPA 70,72,101, British Standard BS7671, IEE Wiring regulations, ASHRAE, IBC. BICSI and EIA/TIA codes and standards
Qualification: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years experience
