| Job Description: |
1) Project Management:
• Ensuring, assisting and managing processes throughout the projects.
• Ensure that key Project performance measures and metrics are established and monitored.
• Defining scope, planning and scheduling the projects and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
• Responsible for the delivery of services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan.
• Creation and control of all project related documents
• Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans;
• Responsible for project tracking, on-time completion and reporting.
• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects.
• Mitigating the risks to the project`s successful outcome.
• Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the project are identified or issues arise.
2) Project Administration using Microsoft Project Server 2007 & Microsoft Project:
• Maintaining reports & records on progress of work done to facilitate decision-making by the management.
• Support execution and management, by develop and generate MIS Reports and doing analysis of data, and pro-actively looks for deviations, inconsistencies and problem points and report them for timely actions.
• Preparing Graphical presentation and various Reports for Updates.
• Preparing MIS reports, updating Dashboard for all projects on a regular/ monthly basis.
• Implementing & monitoring documentation including preparing data for company`s database for all on-going projects.
