Responsible to provide total quality service and support to customers and other customer support departments for all products and services.

Work Experience:

One to two years work experience in a bilingual (English/French) Customer Service environment.

Cognitive Skills:
„X Formulate probing questions to identify customer¡¦s needs.
„X Effectively resolve the identified problem to satisfy customer requirements.

„X Interpret customer requirements; recognize symptoms, causes and solution. Follow through as appropriate.

Communication Skills:
„X Communicate fluently in verbal and written English and French. Other languages an asset.

„X Identify and offer value added services to ensure the efficient operation of the customer¡¦s business and to prevent recurring problems which cause customer dissatisfaction.

Attributes Required: „X Flexibility in scheduling required; regular attendance and punctuality is essential, ability to adapt to service requirements in a dynamic environment.


Working Conditions: „X 24 hour, 7 day inbound call center.
„X Modern and open office environment with constant background noise.
„X Quality support required to service merchants in a high volume, high pressure atmosphere.

Skills Required::
