| Job Description: |
The ideal candidates has the overall responsibility for monitoring the construction activities and ensuring quality control during both design and construction phases associated Infrastructure and associated works. Liaise on all such matters with the PMC, and report on aspects requiring company`s intervention and decisions.
Principal Accountabilities:
1.To oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of infrastructure projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by the PMC in relation to architectural, engineering and construction firms.
2. To ensure that project construction operations are in compliance with design specifications, codes and regulations.
3. To inspect, approve and accept completed projects for the company, ensuring conformance with international standards, building and life safety codes and architectural/engineering specifications.

Skills Required:: |
The candidates should have the minimum qualification of B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or higher.
A minimum 15 years of related work experience is required with at least 5 years in the Middle East would be highly preferred.
Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite though knowledge of arabic would be an advantage.
