Pricipal Accountabilities:
To ensure that all installations are in accordance with approved designs.
To ensure that all designs meet the statutory requirements
Liaise with the design Consultants and the concerned authorities.
Monitor all technical matters pertaining to design development and technical considerations including incorporation of updates as required.

Skills Required:: |
The ideal candidate is required to have a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
Minimum 10 years of related work experience is mandatory.
In addition the candidate should have the knowledge of: Diversified, fundamental scientific mechanical engineering concepts, phenomena, and relationships.
Development and derivation of formulas and relationships, basic assumptions made, and limitations and areas of applicability of established mechanical engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
Plumbing, mechanical, and fire codes requirements and related regulations.
Estimate labor or material costs from blueprints or work plans.
