Our client, a world leading ship owner/operator has an immediate requirement for a Marine Superintendent to work in their company. You will be based in their Jakarta (Indonesia) office.
Job Description:
• Liaise with the Master and advise him of precautions for safety navigation.
• Periodically visit vessels to ensure all aspect of safety are in place
• Manage & Control validity of ship’s documents, arrange survey class, docking tic
• Ensure implementation of Planned Maintenance Systems
• Report directly to GM of Technical Ship
• Principal point of contact for the client during the term of any charter
• Ensuring that all vessels are safely operated in line with current legislation, flag state, class and company requirements

Skills Required:: |
Qualification:
• Used to be a Master in Tankers/Bulk carrier/Container vessels
• At least 5 years of experience in the same position
• Preferably Male
• Expatriates are welcome to apply |
