| Job Description: |
„X Provide systems solutions to customer inquiries regarding Anti-Virus, email and collaboration, security, migration strategy, backup, and disaster recovery¡K
„X Meet with clients to determine requirements; define the scope of a project; plan timescales and the resources needed
„X Assist in systems analyses and understand client`s system specifications; travel to customer sites
„X Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organization; define software, hardware and network requirements, analyze problems and make recommendations
„X Develop agreed solutions and implementing the new systems; help clients with change-management activities; purchase systems, where appropriate
„X Design, plan, install, test, and monitor new systems
„X Prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers
„X Organize training for users and other consultants, and share lessons learned with other company members, through proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
„X Basic routing and switching and/or systems configurations
„X Create Microsoft Visio network design to assist in pre-sales initiatives, and after sales
„X Document project implementations including but not limited to operation guide, configuration, IT policies, reports and the like
„X Reports progress on a daily basis to Team Leader, Project Manager and Client on actual work performed and % completion

Skills Required:: |
„X 1 to 3 years IT experience
„X Administration experience on one of the following
„« Microsoft Windows platform, Operating System and Messaging
„« SUN Solaris system environments
„X Excellent written and verbal skills
„X Ability to work in team environment
„X Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
„X Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
„X Ability to multi-task and manage multiple small projects
„X Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
„X Basic TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
„X Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
„X Strong computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio¡K)
