„X Ensuring that client¡¦s infrastructure performance are maintained at acceptable levels
„X Good knowledge of network devices along with knowledge of hub/switch/router diagnos-tics and configuration
„X Solid understanding of:
- IT principles and concepts
- Networking switches, routers, firewalls and load balancing technologies
- TCP/IP networking
„X In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of information Technology Work Processes:
- IT Infrastructure Operations Experience
- IT Infrastructure Design/Development/Configuration Experience
- IT Infrastructure Development, Configuration and Implementation Methodologies
- IT Work Process Design Concepts/Models
„X Well versed with infrastructure implementation Life Cycle and having clear understanding of the current infrastructure technologies
„X Providing effective resolutions to operating system problems utilizing industry best prac-tices
„X Analysis and implementation of enhancements, performance efficiencies and improve-ments
„X Assessing possible risks and supervising the installation of chosen design methodology
„X Ensuring the solution is reliable, scalable, easy to maintain, robust and compliant with the client¡¦s technology standards
„X Identifying any gaps and selecting the appropriate tools and products to facilitate the implementation and integration of the architecture.
„X Producing complete documentation after auditing the installation made
„X Assuring quality workmanship is performed by utilizing industry best practices and fol-lowing the standards and guidelines agreed upon
„X Participating in efforts to define and implement proactive fault detection and capacity monitoring systems.
„X Performing configuration reviews to assure problems are quickly and accurately detected through proper testing and maintenance
„X Providing operational guidance and support on applicable hardware and software solutions

„X Good communication skills (English/Arabic)
