Immigration Law Attorneys w/Books of Business sought for Tampa national law firms. Admission to the State Bar of Florida is required. The successful candidate will have minimum five (5) years experience in employment-based immigration and non-immigrant and immigrant related visas, included H-1B, TN, PERM, Outstanding Researchers/Professor visas, and National Interest visas. Some family-based permanent residence and naturalization experience also needed. We are looking for candidates who possess a well-established client base of international companies, universities, and individuals and therefore has a portable book.
