| Job Description: |
Seeking corporate/securities paralegals for Miami law offices. Qualified candidates must possess a BA/BS degree (paralegal certificate preferred), and MUST have at least three (3) years work experience as a paralegal with the following: UCC filings and searches; securities regulations and filings; Blue Sky research; Sect. 16 reporting requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, willingness to work overtime as needed, and ability to work independently in a demanding and professional environment.
