Principal accountabilities
-Identify materials and resources (excluding manpower) required for the project.
-Manage the project budget
-Lead and develop the coaching team
-Monitor the performance of the coaching team, and provide constructive feedback
-Promote and represent the coaching scheme, within and outside BSP
-Cultivate and maintain good relations with contractors
-Coordinate workshops in accordance to the requirement from the consultant and BSP
-Lead the project team in selecting the BB participants with support from the consultant and BSP.
-Coordinate the kick off and roll out to the stakeholders and BB participants
-Lead and coordinate regular meetings with project team
-Maintain documentation and materials for the project.
Contract Duration: 12 Months from date of seat

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications
Required
-Graduate or post-graduate with relevant experience in managing a project team.
-Able to monitor and drive an extended project
-Familiar with BSP / Shell business and HSE systems
-Excellent communication skills (Malay and English)
-Able to lead a multicultural team and to deal with people at all levels
-Knowledge of the local culture and business environment
Key Challenges
- Project leader will be dealing with a diverse group and level of internal and external interfaces. Be willing to work long hours and meet company’s dateline.
