| Job Description: |
The successful incumbent will be supervise, monitor and inspect the architectural works daily to assure proper quality control and to make certain that all work conforms to all plans, specifications, standards and codes, etc. and ensure proper rectification and documentation of all architectural works done.
•Work closely with the Project Team to manage/supervise the work of building architectural/ID specialist contractors.
•Review and check, on a daily basis, contractor’s submission of inspection forms to ensure compliance with updated contract documents.
•Maintain a non-compliance register and ensure Contractors perform remedial works.
•Monitor field variations and keep the Senior Site Inspector and/or Resident Engineer informed of these changes.
•Ensure that Contractors understand job schedules & make every effort to meet them.
•Review manpower requirements relative to meeting current job progress schedules, follow-up for timely delivery of materials to meet established schedules.
•Coordinate work among the various trades to ensure proper interfacing of architectural works with the rest of the building/s and supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews.
•Maintain proper and updated records of all work done, including records of change works, tests, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, materials and equipment onsite, labors, day-works, etc.
•Ensure Contractor compliance with Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations.

Skills Required:: |
The ideal candidate must have:
•A Technical degree in Architecture, and required a minimum of seven (7) years experience in field supervision, airport experience is a preferred.
•Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems and trade practices is required.
•Excellent oral and written skills required.
•Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are desirable.
