| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate for this position would be able to Supervise, monitor and inspect the mechanical works daily to assure proper quality control and to make certain that all work conforms to plans, specifications, standards and codes, etc. He should ensure proper rectification and documentation of all mechanical works done.
He should coordinate work among the various trades to ensure proper interfacing of mechanical/airport systems works with the rest of the building/s and supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews.
The candidate would be responsible to maintain proper & updated records of all work done, including records of change works, tests, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, materials and equipment onsite, labors, day-works, etc.
To ensure Contractor compliance with Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations is required. |
Skills Required:: |
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
A Technical degree in Mechanical, and required a minimum of ten (10) years experience in field supervision, airport experience is a preferred.
Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems and trade practices is required.
