Description of work
Measuring components and products
Assessing non conformities and according to the procedures take decisions therefore
Making, processing and handling, inspection and deviation reports
Supporting (trouble-shooting) and possibly replace colleagues at activities
Supports and advises to measurement problems
Contact with suppliers and visits to suppliers for continuous improvement of delivery performance
Crafts
Handling and control of common measurement tools and measuring equipment (gauges, marking gauge, altimeter, etc.)
Basic computer knowledge
Working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
Structure / powers
Works according a list from BPCS to implement measurements/inspections. Receives requests of Quality Engineering, Engineering and the Production to measure parts or products.

Responsibility
Measuring components and products
Advising and supporting production
Substitute in absence of the end inspector
Preparing NC reports
Implement and follow procedures and guidelines within our client´s company
Comply with quality, safety, environment, health and safety rules and procedures
