Immediate Opening! We are seeking a mid-level and Senior Interior Designers to aid in the business growth in Dubai, UAE for a recognized Architectural / Design firm. Allocation expenses will be considered for right candidates.
Description
The primary duties include extensive involvement in all phases of interior architectural projects and their management. Serves as primary contact with clients, consultants, and public agencies on all assigned projects. Determines standards for project development. Requires substantial knowledge of architectural contract preparation and use.
Space planning, furniture, flooring, ceiling and electrical layout. Selecting interior details, materials, color selections, furniture and furnishings selections, lighting design and detailing. Experienced in selecting interior details, materials, color selections, furniture and furnishings selections, lighting design, space planning, and detailing. Organizes and leads contract negotiations while providing leadership to project teams. Additional duties include being responsible for developing schedules and budgets on all assigned projects. Writes specifications covering interior design matters, performs code reviews.

Skills Required:: |
-BS or BA in Interior Design or Architecture
-Certification a plus
-3-10 or more years experience; Interior architectural construction documentation,
-Expertise in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
-Knowledge of FF&E and color
-Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
