The Client
Our client is a listed company and one of the leading cosmetics retailers in Southeast Asia. With leading market status and continued growth, our client is inviting high caliber candidates to join their rapidly expanding team.
The Job
Analyze business trends and consumer insights and evaluate existing product categories in choice, packaging and presentation to deliver brand sales and market share targets. Transform concepts into commercial products in line with production feasibility. Define and implement marketing strategies, market campaigns and brand plans for the Company`s exciting own brands. Source and select regional vendors and oversee the whole product development cycle and all milestones against tight schedules. Responsible for the overall performance of the brand including establishing pricing, promotion, distribution strategies and plans to achieve optimal results. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing/ brand building initiatives. Ensure inventory levels of various product categories are controlled within targeted levels during both slack and peak seasons

Skills Required:: |
The Applicant
The successful candidate should have a 6-8 years` solid brand/ product development experience gained within FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors. University graduate in business related disciplines. Candidate should possess a strategic thinking with demonstrated experience in market and trend analysis, product development and brand building. Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner. Strong in communicating with people from different background and at all levels, both internally and externally. Proficiency in both English and Chinese spoken and written. French an advantage |
